Service delivery

Hi There,<br> <br> My family and i went to Ocean Basket Pav on Tuesday at 17h40 The lady took our order including the main meals and drinks, we received our drink 20 minutes later and only when i asked the waitress if we will receive our starter with the main meal as i initially indicated that we require the starter first then only we received it she indicated that 'oh ja it's ready i'll bring it' totally forgotten. After 5 minutes of receiving our starters she comes to us to find out what time we would like our main meal as she mentioned it was ready i then said if it is ready please bring that comes 25 minutes later. Later i asked her for tabasco sauce as she did come by asking if all it ok, no tabasco sauce arrived, she came back asking if all was ok tabasco was totally forgotten so i asked for the bill and in a few seconds that was given to us at that time just before paying i said to her 'Aunty i asked you for Tabasco Sauce ages ago and nothing came' her reply was 'Oh i was looking for it and i couldn't find it but do you want it now' seriously while paying. Service extremely poor will never go back to Ocean Basket Pavilion.
