Just want to express what a horrible experience I had at ocean basket and got feedback 2 months later the manger at the store called me with false hope of sorting the issue out then made me a lier through the conversation I.asked for feeling she just knocked off...I kept calling the store for the other manager to cut the call in my ear...was told the GM would call had no calls only from head office....the store wouldn't assist or owner become the information I already gave to a manager that left there store is not working with them they won't assist me due to not having the info now but having being said the manager would assist....mall of the south is ridiculous with customer service and horrible with any issues....now it becomes my issue I don't have the information but I gave it to them it's DIGUSTING for such a big brand to do this....
