Service based on race

Ocean Basket in Centurion Mall is based on race service. I set down around 12:00 on Sunday and I was shown my table and the waitress only gave me a menu and was no where to be found. The people that came after me were all whites and their tables got served while I wait for a good 20 minutes with no help. None of the waitresses were even bothered to ask if I got served or not. I took my belongings and I left at 12:30.
