My wife went for a pleasant farewell dinner in Potchefstroom. Unfortunately your staff saw to it that it was anything but pleasant. 1. Does your barman not know that when you serve whisky ice is separate 2. I ordered prawns with crispy chips “ separate “ - all came together! 3. I specifically requested that the prawns be free of oil. I removed copious oil 30 minutes later using many serviette’s. Even the mat on the table had to be replaced. While all of this was happening where was the owner. I know he was there. How could he have been unaware of the situation at our table. Poor control. Your kitchen seems to be oblivious of customers requests. You need to urgently control what is leaving your kitchen. We will not be back in a hurry. We were very disappointed. Peter ***
