What a terrible experience. Was served rotten fish yesterday at Ocean Basket Castle Gate.

Called the Manager, he said 'the boxes smelled off when it was delivered, he also noticed it, but he ate some of it and he was fine".

Then he said it is Alaskan Pollock fish and it has an 'off' smell, sometimes worse after beiging cooked.😱😱😱. Google does not agree with this. No fish should smell 'off'.

HOW CAN YOU SERVE THIS TO PEOPLE???

My child ate some of it before we realized the terrible smell!!!

And that after we ordered two massive platters!! No refund was even offered.

Do you know that children can get VERY sick from being served off food????

Will not leave this matter here. DISGUSTING Ocean Basket SA!!
