Rude Yelling waiter

I called to place an order for delivery. A guy picked up the phone, because I was reading from the online menu I just placed an order as I was reading it. I asked him for the saucy fish bites which are R48, he asks me if I want 4 or 5. I politely ask him how many are there for R48, the guy responds rudely and says I asked you how many do you want. On the online menu it doesn't state how many fish bites you get for R48 and I ask him again how many are there because I was ordering for my daughter saucy bites and crumbed prawn tails. To my surprise he yells at me and tells me Im difficult , where am I difficult when asking how many fish bites are there for R48. To make it worse he kept asking me how many fish do I want in a fish bite? So an employee has to yell at a customer because Im asking I don't know how many fish are in a fish bite and that Im also asking how many fish bites for R48.
