RUDE WAITER

<p>REALLY RUDE service from Kudzie at Ocean Basket Sandton City!!!! I usually order sushi at Ocean Basket. I order rainbow rolls but I always ask that they make them with no cucumbers as I don&rsquo;t eat cucumbers. The issue I sometimes get is that the waiters don&rsquo;t get my order right and they include the cucumbers. So I always prefer to pay after I have checked that the food is correct. I was at Ocean Basket Sandton City today, ordered the usual. I asked how long it would take, they said 25minutes, I then decided I would do a bit of shopping during that 25minutes. I was walking out when one of the waiters told me that I have to pay first. I told them that I would pay when I got back in 25minutes after I had checked the order. He then called Kudzie who said the same thing to me. I asked him how different it was to me having ordered on the phone then having picked up the food and paid in 25minutes when I got to the store (after checking the food). He told me it&rsquo;s not the same thing. I told him I was not happy to pay before seeing the food. He then told one of the other waiters to cancel the order. I then asked for the telephone order number so that I could order on the phone and pick up the food and pay in 25minutes when the food was ready. The other guy gave me the number but Kudzie told me they would refuse my order on the phone as they had already seen me in store!!!! I have never in my entire life been treated that way at any store! Kudzie was extremely rude!!! Unacceptable customer service!</p>
