Rude manager,moulded bread,horrible service

At ocean basket knysna on 26.12.2015. Where treated horribly,served by 4 different waiters,waited 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive,served moulded bread of which we took pictures,our food never arrived after 50 minutes waiting,approached the manager about the waiting times and moulded bread,said it's not his problem,shouted up close at me in my face (rude guy,no manners,no respect,no etiquette,no organization skills,no people skills his name is Wessels)after him shouting rudely and not even apologising for our inconvenience and his DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR we decided to leave.this guy should seriously be dealt with.firstly u can't organise your staff....why do we need 4 waiters to ask each time what would we like to order....bring us drinks after 40 minutes and offer moulded bread.What a disgrace!!!!! My husband was so upset at the way the manager shouted at me,I literally at to hold him back from lashing out at him.WE DON'T CARE THAT YOU WORKING UNDER PRESSURE,Organise things better and things can work out.the place isn't even that big compared to cape town.What a holiday spoiler.
