The worst Ocean Basket Brunch I have ever come across. We were one of the first people to arrive at the restaurant. I had gone to ask why my order was taking so long. I was told that the manager Maxwell would address me shortly. Upon arrival to our table, after waiting several minutes; Firstly, he insult my intelligence on food preparation and food choices, He then tells us he will only apologize for the delay after checking our time of arrival. This after almost six tables who arrived waaaaaay after us had already got their food. All I have to say is Sies! For a Halaal establishment, it

THERE IS NO ADHERENCE TO COVID 19 REGULATIONS. NO SCREENING!!!!!

I personally feel an apology would have been sufficient and an indication of when our food would be ready.

I don't know how management is chosen, but I don't get up to go out and support an establishment which I regularly visit to be insulted by someone who clearly seems to be having a bad day and lacks human relations skills.
