Rude Manager

I phoned the store to order 2 salmon meals, my sin was the fact that I asked which salmon meal is he giving me, the one for R99, Bruce's response was that: there is no salmon for R99, salmon is expensive, he went on telling me he is very busy, it did not end there. I went to the store to collect my order, my fish was only prepared on my arrival yet I took more than 30 minutes to go and collect. I could not leave Bruce unattended I approached him and told him how rude he was to me over the telephone, he was unapologetic, he mentioned on my face that there is nothing rude about what he said it's a fact. This is so funny because I have been eating from the same ocean basket for years, ordering the same salmon and sadly I am told by the MANAGER that it's so expensive. Only when I was leaving he apologized because I am too angry not because he did anything wrong. Again he was so rude to another guy who wanted to be assisted telling him 'can't he see he is still helping someone. Respect is very important Bruce. You are just an employee, the owner will never treat a customer like that, know the value of your customers!
