Rude management and *********** people working

I called ocean basket on 5 May 2015 to make a booking for mothers day which was on the 10 May 2015. The gentlemen I spoke to said they taking booking by order which he then took my details down and said it's fine. I was running late and called in to advise I will be half an hour late. Only to get there and there was no booking made for me at all. I had my family with me and was so embarrased when the manager told me he took calls the whole day Tuesday and I did not call in, why the hell does he allow *********** peple to take calls if he was taking calls then he should of had my booking. My family had to end up eating at another restuarant because the manager was to blady rude to help us and accomodate us even though my booking was made 5 days before hand. I would like a call from the head of ocean basket for the mistreated I got on Mothers day. I will never take my family to Bright water commons ocean basket again. Yet it is our monthly place we go to.
