Rude and distateful utterances from the store manager, Mimi.

Last night we visited your Wonderboom Branch, in Pretoria North, for a quick take away. Number 1. My daughter asked for a colouring sheet and she was given a colouring sheet that was already coloured in as displayed in the image. Number 2, we are living in times of Covid-19 where protocol needs to be followed...

I confronted the waiter about the matter, and he brought a new sheet of paper. And apologized. The manager, Mimi came to our table and stated that the waiter made a mistake, they sometimes scribble on the papers and I must not come and cause a scene in her shop with a very rude approach. Mimi is generally rude and very undermining towards her customers and most people in the area complain about her passive aggressive approach towards customers. I would like this matter to be escalated because this type of behavior and treatment from a manager of a store is unacceptable! I have the images to prove my case.
