Rude and Arrogant

I am a regular customer @ the lakeside mall branch, the owner can confirm this, today around 5.30pm after watching a movie we decided we will supper @ ocean basket, we ordered starters, platter for 2 and drinks, I noticed the calamari was hard and very chewy, the fish was not the usual hake, I called for the manager, he was busy talking to other customers @ the table, I waited for 15 min . anyway he comes and as I am explaining to him about the fish, he very rudely said that hake is no longer served, it is on the menu, so I told him to show it to me, negative he looked and could not find it, he then said a letter was sent out to all customers stating that hake would not be served but bass fish. so I requested a copy of that letter from him, with a bad attitude left our table, I requested the bill, paid and waited 15 min for him, he did not arrive. I left. I would like to see this man dealt with accordingly in my presence, I want to confront this man with head office, In front of my wife and kids he behaved rude and arrogant. we drove out 30km to enjoy and only to find this man spoiling our Sunday outing.
