Rotten calamari and dogs

<p>We went to dinner at Ocean Basket on Friday night. My calamari smelt like ammonia, I gagged and spat it out. So did my husband and daughter. The managaress told us (after consulting with the owner) that it was fine and edible, but admitted that they use the cheapest calamari (origalo or something like that) Funny how they charge full price though. We were offered more calamari, which we declined as I already felt sick. They did not discount our meal. The owner did not come talk to us. Then just before we left, they allowed a large dog into the restaurant at the table next to us. Since when are dogs allowed into the restaurant ? That's unhygenic in my opinion. Very disappointed !!!</p>
