Roebank ocean basket manager not management material

My family and I visited the Ocean basket in rosebank this Saturday. The restaurant was not busy, yet the service was pathetic. We ordered Passion fruit with lemonade for drinks when we received it the lemonade was flat, I called to spk to the manager and this guy stood in front of us not asking us what's the problem I had to ask him if he was the manager he then said yes I told him I'm not happy with the drinks very reluctantly he changed the drinks, I ven complained to him that no one is clearing the table he then took a few plates away and never sent anyone back to clear the table or even give us fresh cutlery. He also never bothered coming back to check if we were satisfied with the food.
