****roach health hazard

<p>To start off, service was very slow. We ordered two platters for 2 of which the waiter only ordered one on our behave. I spoke to a manager and the food would be corrected. My fiance asked for a glass of ice, when it arrived it was a dirty used glass. He sent back the glass and the waiter brought a new one. In the mean time they brought plates to the table of which one was dirty I sent it back and never received a clean plate I ate my meal out of a side plate. At the end of the meal my fiance wanted to put ice in his wine and we noticed that there was a ****roach in the ice block. I called the manager and insisted to speak to the owner as this is a health hazard. The manager took my contact details and refunded one platter for 2. In my personal opinion it does not justify the situation of contamination of a ****oroach. If one of us are to get sick whom is responsible?</p>
