Ridiculous Service at Ocean Basket V&A

<p>This branch has got to be the worst at service - from queueing you at the door, to lack of advertised menu items, pathetically slow service and mediocre food quality. Sat and watched, in amu*****t, how fellow patrons were being given the same treatment, yet the restaurant continued to fill up. Wrote a friendly note to OB, asking that they contact me, as I thought some input would be good. Pointless, as they couldnt be bothered and, gauging from the reviews on this site, they couldnt be bothered with responding as well. I wonder when the average South African will start voting with their feet and stop tolerating being **********. I, for one, will find my seafood in a myriad of other places...OB will not see me through their doors again. Ironically, I have met the owners, who seem pretty focused on service - obviously a thick layer of middle management who have other agendas. Sad!</p>
