Refusing to serve food whilst still open (9pm)

Second incident in 3 months time. Stopped at our local Ocean Basket in Klerksdorp, North West just before 9pm in the evening- with the door sign still stating 'OPEN'....customers inside. First of all refusing us entry!! After pointing to the door sign the waiter told us we could sit...not accompanying us to the table.We ordered immediately, after which the waiter told us we cannot order any fried foods- the kitchen is closed!!! Not much of a selection!!! Chips, batter, calamari....everything gets fried!!! We called the manager. Carlos. Extremely poor attitude. Very rude. Very insulting. I asked him what is the national business hours- he rep**** with 'there is no such thing'. Googled it- 10pm. He told us that his staff were suppose to 'chase us away' right when we entered the door! He then continued arguing into the parking lot! Clearly he didn't have a good day! Second time this has happened in nearly 3 months time. Same Ocean Basket, 8pm on a Thursday evening the last time around! I can not think how such a person is capable of running a franchise.
