Redemption disaster

We went in on Saturday for a redemption meal as it was my anniversary and I phoned and told the manager it's my anniversary and I want it to be perfect when we were seated the waitress took her own time our food was received in parts we clearly stated no avocado on the sushi but it arrived with avocado on it so my wife's meal came after I was done with mine we had to swat a fly from our meal at least 5 times the waitress did not have time for us we had to ask for everything the manager on the other hand really tried. Worst anniversary lunch ever really disappointed
