Really and truly disgusted,pathetic service from ocean basket

Today's the 5th February and still waiting for a response from a manager or ceo from head office for the terrible serviced received on the 1 Feb at vanderbijilpark store.Called the head office million of times nobody answers just rings goes to voice mail.The switchboard lady claims they all work from home lol,what a joke.In my eyes really pathetic no customer service whatsoever,alwaya excuses.Seems more like a circus than a business is bring run here
