Re Fried calamary

We had dinner the seafood platter for 2 the calamari was raw, I asked the waited to send it back after I have bitten into one piece, he did so and brought the same portion with my BITE marks on it re-fried, Now my QQQ is hoe can they just put the same portion back in their fryer after I have bitten into it, Maybe any or all germs would have been killed by the hot oil, BUT its still NOT the right thing to do, if they can re-cycle eaten calamari what else do they do?? <br> I shudder to think what happens if I returned something like a salad? This would have just been re dressed and re served to me or some one else. IBOLA comes to mind, okay we are not in med Africa but most of their staff ARE!! Don't eat at Ocean Basket period, and be on your guard when eating out any where, sorry but this has been a bad experience,. The manager could only apologize, no even offering a discount at all, I did not mind tipping the waiter which I did not his fault, and I paid the full bill, not withstanding the lack of one ingredient !@!!
