Raw/cold food

We went to the Ocean Basket in die Water Front in Cape Town on Saturday night, 10th of October 2015. We order our food and waited a long time, while waiting we saw other people inspecting their food. When our food came some of my prawns was still raw. Some of my husband's also. The rest if the food was cold, even the lemon butter you could see the butter starting to set again. I have never ever had this bad food at a Ocean Basket.
