Prawn curry ???

Sat down ordered prawn curry - after an hour I get my meal as per below<br> Yellow rice is hard not well cooked at all<br> in the prawn curry the onions and peppers were so raw and so much that I had to send back the entire meal after asking to speak to the manager I got told I will be paying only for the prawns even though I hardly ate the food I agreed as I just needed to get out they decide to bill me for a prawn special with chips which is R84 even though I never ate that meal...is just sad that the service of ocean basket SG has gone so bad......and I love my sea food I think ocean basket SG needs new managment
