Poor service....no bread

I went to Ocean Basket 27 April at North Beach to have lunch. The general service was poor. Waitrons was unprofessional, confused and seemed like she didn’t understand the menu. We were told there was no bread as it was in the oven. Patrons that came after us were served bread. It seemed like there was too little garlic butter in the food and some ingredients were missing. Tasted different to other Ocean Basket.
