Poor service rendered.

Wasn't happy with the way they do their business at Ocean Basket Highveld mall. I checked on Internet it says they closing at 21:30,19.05.2018.Then rushed there to order a take away. I arrive at 21:10 welcomed by 2 unfriendly waiters and said we closed for the day. I said but on Internet and by the door it's saying 21:30. They said yes but its quite, so we closed and kept on laughing at me as if I've got jokes on my forehead. I demanded to see the manager. Then the owner came he was so polite and apologetic, and said I know it's still early, but it's very cold so the staff needs to go home early. And mind you there's still people eating inside.,the time I wasted by the door would have got my order. So to me it's so unprofessional and it means when it's cold we don't work and we don't get paid. Was so disappointed with the service received. N it was my first time going there will not recommend OB in Witbank Highveld mall to anyone bad first experience.
