Poor service provided

Went to Ocean Basket and got terrible service. Waited 45 minutes for 2 sushi platters. The crunch platter had no so little batter on it, had no crunch at all. Severely diappointed with the food as well as the staff. Kept being told it is coming in 2 minutes. Staff all dont want to assist but they will stand around talking. Do NOT want to go there again. Its astounding they get away with it. The waiter was Synpost and he was not helpful. I want to know this issue is being dealt with appropriately because the managers in duty were non responsive too. Should have just left the restaurant instead of waiting like I had planned to.
