Poor service Ocean basket menlyn

Me and my family went for supper to ocean basket in memlyn.We were seated by a waiter who did not even tell us that he was not our waiter and we will be served by someone else.only after we inquired with the manager that we were waiting for our waiter did the manager write down our order and assigned another waiter to our table.After waiting for quite some time we asked about order and then we were told that the order was not put through to the kitchen.Then we were told that they are trying to speed up our order after our complaints of waiting for so long and such bad service.When we received our food which was rushed it did not even look appetizing and seemed like it was just thrown onto the plate.It seems we were not the only ones complaining as we could here complains from another table.The service at this ocean basket in menlyn was appalling.They need start treating customers properly if they want to stay in business.
