Poor service, mediocre food at Ocean Basket at the Neighbourhood

We went to the Ocean Basket at The Neighbourhood last night. The service was non-existent in that they always start off with starters of three bowls with chillies, tartare sauce and garlic which arrived on the table with no bread to go with it. The bread came 45 minutes later as they were still baking it. We ordered a platter for two which arrived very quickly but without any plates which took 5 minutes to arrive, no cutlery which again took forever to arrive and then lastly no salt and pepper! By then the food was already getting cold The fish was inedible as it was full of bones, the rest of the platter was mediocre and definitely was not anything to rave about. A very disappointing evening and we went there to celebrate my husbands birthday. Will definitely not go there again.
