Poor service by Ocean Basket Cradlestone Mall

On 21 February my wife and I ordered fish and chips at Ocean Basket Cradlestone Mall. Apart from poor service, the fish was worse than rubber. Even complaining to the Manager did not help - all he said was sorry. They will never see us again.
