Poor service bad quality of food

So yesterday evening we had decided to go to Ocean Basket Lenasia as it had been a long time since we went there due to our fasting month. we are regular customers and the last time was a bad experience and it just seems so be getting worse the quality of food is terrible as the prawns from the platter was raw and it was like we had to beg the waiter for what we wanted, some stuff that we asked for wasn't even brought to our table the entire night. On our previous visit before yesterday the fish was raw in the platter and I told myself that this is the last time I will visit Ocean Basket Lenasia and after last night's experience it definitely will be my last time I'd rather travel to another branch then receive poor service and food.
