Poor service, bad food

On Saturday 6 March, 6 of us ladies decided to have lunch at this branch. Firstly the mall guys said the toilets are the responsibility of the restaurant, my opinion, disgusting, nobody cleans it. Manager on duty, Kenneth, waiter serving us Clement. We placed our order, shop was not busy, food took a while to come, eventually every order that came was wrong...food was cold, 1 of us sent back the food 4 times as it was wrong everytime...we eventually asked to see the manager, he did not come, reason being he is busy checking stock....omg stock is more important than a customer wow....we said we will wait for him....he eventually came, apologised about bad service, cold food and wrong food and offered to make up by us choosing anything we want....we decided ok, some nice desrt might just make up and asked him ...his response to our desert request...he will give us desert but we must bear in mind that the waiter will pay for it....seriously...then why offer and how do we then take this compensation if a worker will be paying, yes he messed up...but was it really necessary to tell us this part of their policy...bad service, bad attitude, wrong food, cold food and we get told our waiter will pay for **** service from Ocean Basket, Strand...he was not even interested when he was told the toilets is filthy...definitely a store I will never return to for a relaxing meal...
