Poor service at Ocean Basket and I've got a picture of the ****roach on the wall.

I visited Ocean Basket in Plumstead on Saturday, and when I arrived, the place was almost empty—by that, I mean there were hardly any staff around. A gentleman introduced himself and explained that he wasn’t our waiter, but a girl named Tash (or Tasha) would be taking care of us. He mentioned he would bring the starters in the meantime. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went up to another staff member and told him we were ready to order but had no idea where our waiter was. He said he’d take our order instead. Ten minutes later, Tash or Tasha finally arrived and asked if something was wrong. I was confused, as she hadn’t brought our starters or taken our order. While another lady brought our food, I noticed a ****roach walking on the wall. That completely killed my appetite. I yelled for someone to come kill the ****roach, and a girl came, did so without saying a word, and didn’t offer to move us to another area. I didn’t eat as I didn't have appetite after seeing that however I allowed my kids to eat as they were excited. Not once did anyone check on us or offer an apology. I had to get up and find someone to bring my bill so I could leave. The service was terrible, and seeing a ****roach just proves the place is dirty. I’m not sure I’ll ever want to eat at Ocean Basket again.
