Poor Service and poor attitude

Last saturday we were at monte casino and decided to go to a movie so i went to ocean basket for quick meal. I ordered 2x fish and chips but requested that the skin of the fish be taken off as i dont like the skin. The manager said ok. The food came but the skin was still on and i said that this was not acceptable and the manager said this causes a problem for them. Eventually i said ok i would take it off myself which i did. I then asked for a fork as i was only given a knife. This took 8 minutes to come by which time my food was iced cold. I go to the cresta and waterfront quite often and i have NEVER experienced any problems and i have also asked for skin to be removed. They do it for me with a smile and thats the way it should be. Needless to say i will never set foot at monte ever again and i will tell all my friends of this poor service and attitude.
