Poor service and arrogant manager

Yesterday the 1st Jan 2024. My family and myself visited ocean basket at table bay mall. The service was disgusting. When were seated at the restaurant we were one of the first people there. Then After it became busy. We had to wait a whole hour and 30 mins for our food. The waiter forgot to capture it. We had ordered starters and did not receive it. When we complained to the manager he apologised but didn't even check to see if our order was been prepared. Only when we cancelled our order and asked for the bill did they start to move their asses. I would never recommend Ocean basket table bay mall restaurant to anyone they staff is lazy and the manager is arrogant.
