poor service

on the 1st june 2015, i had placed an order for a platter for 1 at precisley 16:10pm with a guy ntuthuko at ocean basket at the musgrave center, i had asked this guy would it be possibe that i can collect at 16:30pm hw say yeah no thats fine, i get to ocean bsket at 16:50pm and teh food is still not ready, i then ask this guy its 40mins later how come the food is not ready, he goes to the kitchen and says i should wait for another 15mins for the food to be ready which i felt was really pathetic as the place was not busy at all, what i find really strange is the fact that 2 weeks ago i had a collegue who is white he had orderd the same meal but his meal was ready in 15mins which makes me wonder if does the colour of your skin determine the level of service you receive?????? im really dissapointed shame!!!
