Poor Service

We never go to Ocean Basket but decided to give it a try today.

We went to Ocean Basket at Carnival Mall in Brakpan.

When we got there the Manager seated us and put menus on our table and left.

We decided what we wanted and was waiting for somebody to take our order. We saw how the Manager was busy and serving other tables. Then after we were waiting for quit a bit of time there were a huge group of people taking a seat next to us. Then a waiter came an took their order. We were very upset and stood up and asked to speak to the Manager. To our surprise the Manager was the one who was seating us and just put the menus on out table and left us.

When we saw who the Manager was we did not even try to complain as he was the one who just left us their to wait with no intention to serve us or getting a waiter to serve us.
