poor service

i went to have lunch on saturday 03/03/2018 , i was treated like a first timer at the the restaurant. the food was late that people who arrived after us got their food first, then when the food came it was cold , too much butter sauce that the rice was swimming in it and could not eat it. the platter we order came with no lemons, the table had only salt we had to ask for lemon wedges to each with our food, and sauces. i call the waiter and asked for a manager, she went on with her business for about 20mins and then came back and why i wanted a manager because i should just ask for whatever is missing... then the manager finally comes and looks at me like what is this black girl doing here, all he said after complaining about the service is "sorry mem" n left then the waiter "Mpilo" who then was given us attitude after we complained to the manager with all the stuff looking at us like "you are the only black people here and bust complaining" i have been to oceans basket before but the service from the waiters to the food was disappointing
