Poor service

I visited the ocean basket store in zeewentwaght mall kuilsriver this pass sunday with my family for a sunday lunch when we got there they were kind of busy as it was pay weekend understandable however the waiter that assisted us was not very welcoming was abit upset as we told him that we did not want to sit so in the open and will wait for a better seat we got a better seat that managed to be his bay as well it was not even cleaned right as table was greasy still we orderd 3 platters however when it arrived fish was raw still chips ice cold and prawns undercooked when telling waiter he called manager thr manager offerd to get a new platter which we agreed to however more or less same prob with chip and fish we didnt finish I told them I want to raise a formal complaint but will pay for the full meals they did not care and said head office will call me im still waiting is this how u treat a loyal customer.
