Poor Service

HI, I ordered take away lunch for 6- all hake and chips, on arriving to fetch our order we noticed the fish did not lemon butter sauce, we queried it with the guy who assisting us in getting our order together and he said he will speak to the manager and returns with 2 little tubs of sauce. How are 6 people expected to share 2 tiny tubs of sauce over their 6 pieces of fish. We queried it with the manager who explained that he could have given us the sauce however we needed to pay R7 for the container and that was the reason he could not give us the sauce, he mentioned that if he put it on the fish directly it would get soggy. The point of my complaint is that this is really not my problem, when we eat in we get the sauce so we expect the same thing with take out, I don't see why i should pay for a container just to get something that is part of the meal. Also when you eat in you get savory rice, when you eat out, its plain yellow rice. Why is none of this stated anywhere on the menu... that atleast gives advanced notice and patrons are aware. This is very poor service on your behalf and very upsetting to find this out when fetching your order!!! highly annoyed.
