Poor Service

Today 12 December 2015, I decided to take my elderly mom to Ocean Basket. She ordered the fish and chips pan and I ordered a pan with fish, prawns and calamari. I requested the waitress to bring mine without batter, as I was confused as to which is whi h, fried or grilled. She still explained the difference. The order came with batter. Nevertheless, I ate it in not wanting to upset my mom on her outing. On completion the waiter concluded my card transction, to which I asked her to bring a few wet wipes or water bowl to wash the stickiness and smell off our hands. The waitress rep**** that they dont have any but we can use the toilet. Really? This is poor service.<br> I don't want any voucher. All I want is an official apology from Ocean Basket and better service in future at your branches.
