Poor quality of food and mediocre service

I have been frequenting Ocean Basket at Westgate Shopping Centre for years now and have always rated it highly as a superb place to eat. This past friday on the 26/04/2019 I took my family for dinner and the entire atmosphere has faded the service was sub par and the food was absolutely of a sub par standard. The prices are ridiculous considering the quality that has greatly diminished. I spent just shy of a R1000.00 for dinner and I absolutely cannot justify it due to the poor quality of the entire experience. I am of the opinion that if I cannot negotiate on the price why must I accept an unacceptable level of service and quality, I hope someone reads this and makes some effort to contact me with a solution.
