Poor quality food delivered late

I ordered food from Blue Valley Ocean Basket through Mr D Food today at 10:44 and the restaurant only release the food at 12:15. The delivered poor quality food, not appetizing, without saviet paper, *** and knife and sources. I regret buying from Ocean Basket, it was money wasted.
