poor quality food

on the evening of 12.01.2016 we (5) went to ocean basket fordsburg for supper. firstly the waiter brought 1 less setting, the glasses were chipped and dirty. we then ordered our starter and main course. We ordered a family platter (fish,calamari,prawns with chips and rice). The food came in cold, the chips burnt, the fish raw and still had the scales on. We complained to the manager, she said we were supposed to tell the waiter whether we want the fish well done or not (this is the first i heard of that, the waiter only asks if we want the fish fried or grilled). Anyway we ate the other items, we did not eat the fish although other fish was brought. it doesn't end there. thereafter we got home, we were all feeling sick, my husband started throwing up profusely and i developed an allergy. when i called the manager, she said that she will call the owner(currently out of town) and get back to me. I haven't yet received a call from them.
