POOR QUALITY FOOD

Last night my wife and I ate at Ocean Basket, Camps Bay, there was a problem in the kitchen with the extractor and they had to close. We waited an hour for the food and when they served it the calamari was chewy and not the usual colour. The Manageress explained that they were not happy with the calamari and head office had sent the wrong calamari. Instead of taking it off the menu they served it too customers. So not only did we wait along time the food was not acceptable. My wife only had mainly rice to eat. They gave us half price but I feel in view of us being regular customers and they admitted the food was not up to standard we should have had a complete refund. Are they going to continue selling this calamari knowing it is not up to par.
