Poor qaulity and Service

I often stop over at ORT intl airport on my way home and would then go to the Ocean Basket at Emperors Palace wich have always been excellent, the food portions is large, well prepared on time and really tastefull. In light of this I decided to go to the OB in Hartenbos where I stay and what a total diappointment! Walking into the restuarant we found that the door handle is broken and when my kids try to open the door the handle came off completely! Apart from that the food was awefull, the Mussel starter was served cold, with clumps of unmelted butter in it, the hake that we ordered eventually came what seem to be an hour only to be dried out and very very bland. My daughter ordered an item of the sushi menu and when it came it hardly resembled the item shown on the menu. One would think that OB in Hartenbos would pride themselves on seafood it being a hotspot for food *****s in Desember and so many other restuarants that serve the same dishes only better. Will defenitly not recommend the Ocean Basket in Hartenbos sea front.
