Poor, poor, poorest Ocean Basket Emperors Palace

Worst experience at a restaurant ever. OB Emperors Palace CANNOT deal with a busy time. No service! Cold dry fish! Ect Just overall very bad. Why not warn patrons if you are not able to deal with a full restaurant. Nobody even really cared. "O sorry we are busy" do not set you free from providing decent food and service. Rather warn patrons at the entrance that you are so busy that you will not be able to attend to everyone sitting down. Just really disappointed.
