Poor performance

<p>My family and I went to supper at the north beach Durban branch. It was an experience that made us decide never to support this organization again. Yes it's the weekend and they were busy, but being such a reputable an large organisation I was appalled at the customer service we recieved. There was not more than 5waiters available. My waitress had about 12tables she attended on her own. There was no shortage with her service she did the best she could. We did not receive our roll starters until she served our supper an realised this wasn't provided to us. To me it seems the upgrades made to the store has cost the consumer. The quality of the food was extremely poor. What happened to the quality of the sauce. The food was tasteless. I will never go back to this franchise again. We spent R500 of hard earned money for nothing. Our waitress Thembi Zwane was an excellent staff doing her job to the best of her ability. </p>
