Poor hygiene coupled with bad service

My wife and I complained to the waiter assisting us, saying that my food had hair in it and also the glass he gave my wife was dirty, as I was complaining the waiter told me I'm delaying him since waiting other tables. I then asked to talk to the manager, than came Mr Owen he too didn't help much he merely took my numbers and said he would call me back to explain what co**** of action they'd take but he hasn't called me. This happened on the 14th of September and to this day Mr Owen hasn't called. Clearly OB doesn't really care about hygiene or good customer service.
