Poor hospitality & Service

<p>Being a loyal Ocean basket customer of Sunninghill, my partner & myself decided to give Sandton City Ocean basket a chance despite our previous incident of the over cooked rice in the sushi, as the sunninghill branch was out of Salmon.</p> <p> </p> <p>Having arrived at the restuarant just befor 20:00, we were seated & served to the much anticipated 2 way platter(our daily favourite) which we were so eager to eat. I was really disappointed as for the second time the rice was over cooked but what astonished me more was the manner in which the employees as well as the manager were operating. It was nearing close of business & despite having customer engaging in their meals , the staff were placing the chairs on the un used tables & began sweeping the floors. that is beyond rude. I understand that many of the staff rely on public transport to go home but that doesnt excuse their behaviour. It was evident that they were in a hurry. </p> <p>Secondly when my table cleared after my meal i was told by the waiter we cant order coffee as the kitchen is closed. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>This is rather sad as Ocean basket is a top resturant & you wouldnt expect for things like this to happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully after this report they will improve.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yours sincerely</p> <p>A very disppointed customer</p> <p> </p> <p>PS: Sandton Ocean basket should take some tips from their Sunninghill branch</p>
