Poor food quality and bad service

Had lunch at Kimberley Ocean Basket on Tuesday but quality of food was very poor. The rice was off and chips fried in old oil. The Manager apologized (2nd time) after refusing to come out of his office the 1st time but unapologetically advised me that there's "nothing " wrong with the food and he wanted to offer me spinach etc. I paid the bill in full after only eating 2/3rd of the fish. Was a nasty experience and will never support this place again. I left still being hungry!!!!
